Job Purpose

The Content Writer will be responsible for writing and managing compelling content that inspires, educates, and engages our audience, helping to drive brand awareness and conversion across all four divisions. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, this role blends storytelling with strategy, ensuring every piece of written content is aligned with our brand values, audience needs, and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, write, and edit copy for blogs, email campaigns, social media captions, website pages, PR materials, and brochures.
* Develop and maintain a content calendar that supports campaign plans, product launches, and key marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate with the Creative, Product, and Sales teams to gather information and shape written content that reflects our craftsmanship and luxury positioning
* Optimise copy for SEO and user engagement, ensuring messaging is clear, relevant, and discoverable.
* Support lead generation by producing targeted written content for campaigns, nurturing sequences, and gated resources
* Use analytics and performance data to refine messaging and improve results
* Manage and champion tone of voice guidelines for consistent, authentic communication across all brands and platforms.
* Provide written scripts, outlines, or messaging frameworks for photography and video projects without taking on editing or production tasks.
* Stay on top of trends, topics, and competitor content strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and thought leadership.
* Proofread and quality-check all written materials to ensure accuracy, polish, and brand alignment.
