We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in carpentry, woodwork, or joinery. If you are passionate about driving teams to perform well, saving business money, and increasing efficiency, we would love to hear from you.
Roles/Responsibilities
* Manage a competent shopfloor team of around 10.
* Plan, manage materials, quality and production schedules.
* Drive the team to deliver best work efficiently and cost‑saving.
* Liaise with design, review engineering drawings and assist with adjustments.
Requirements
* Strong background in cabinetry or woodworking.
* CAD/CAM and CNC skills are beneficial.
* Proven experience in a leadership position.
