A leading London based developer is currently looking to appoint a Technical Manager to help run a landmark scheme based in East London. Due to increased activity on the project, which is set to last for at least the next 10 years, the company is keen to attract a high calibre individual to help successfully take the project through to completion.

Qualifications A relevant degree / accreditation Relevant experience working as a Technical Manager, ideally from a private developer Extensive design development management ability Strong value engineering experience Ability to run and develop new and existing teams Extensive knowledge of building regulations
