The FORT Federation is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Playworker to support our Breakfast Club provision at Payhembury C of E Primary School. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to be part of a welcoming and supportive school community.
You will work two mornings per week, (Mondays and Wednesdays) supporting children during Breakfast Club from until totalling 2 hours per week. You will help to provide a calm, safe, and enjoyable start to the school day for all pupils who attend.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and supervise pupils attending Breakfast Club.
2. Assist with the preparation and serving of breakfast items.
3. Set up and support a range of quiet and engaging activities.
4. Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
5. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
