Responsibilities
* Improve manufacturing systems, processes, and production flow
* Support fabrication and assembly operations for heavy machinery
* Develop efficient production methods and shop-floor layouts
* Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, Yamazumi, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Manage BOMs (Bills of Materials) and material flow
* Coordinate with production, quality, supply chain, and design engineering teams
* Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues
* Drive cost reduction, waste reduction, and productivity improvements
* Support new product introduction (NPI)
* Improve safety, quality, and delivery performance across operations
Qualifications
* Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Required Skills
* Experience in heavy equipment, fabrication, or assembly manufacturing
* Lean manufacturing and CI tools
* Root-cause analysis and problem solving
* ERP/MRP systems knowledge
* Understanding of welding, machining, hydraulics, and assembly processes
* Strong communication and project coordination skills
