Unit & Position Role Unit Function Position Role OAC Outer Office Manager Responsibilities Provide administrative and managerial support to the OAC Director (1*) and OAC Outer Office. Manage and coordinate the OAC Director's diary. Book and arrange Meeting Rooms and VTCs as directed by COS. Book and compile travel packs for the OAC Director, and process expenses. Manage the stationery budget and order Unit stationery as required. Assist the OAC COS with OAC HQ mandatory training checks. Manage the OAC HQ MOD Form 102 and Safe physical security. Deploy/embark as required to provide administrative support to the OAC HQ.
