Acute Care Technology

The Acute Care Technology division of ZOLL Medical Corporation develops and delivers innovative lifesaving products and software solutions to EMS, hospital, public safety, and military customers globally. Products include AEDs, trauma kits, ventilators, temperature management solutions, and more. This will be an initial 12 month fixed term contract. The position is remote.


This is a very diverse role, where the Sales Support Specialist will be a part of the UK Public Safety team. You will generate end customer leads by following up on campaigns, sales trade leads and also cold calling.

Working closely with the Territory Managers and UK Sales Manager to support the Business Partner network, further duties could include:

* Quotation Requests
* Proposal Preparation
* Updating CRM
* Setting up appointments
* Communicating with Business Partner Network

Tasks:

The candidate will need to develop and create methods for researching and qualifying new potential customer segments and markets to drive new business. The candidate will be comfortable speaking with a wide range of customers, in different markets and industries.

* Identify and qualify opportunities from lead generation activities, inbound product inquiries and cold calling campaigns into defined target groups
* Identify and develop key contacts and decision makers within prospect accounts
* Utilise consultative sales approach to evaluate and understand customers' business and needs
* Cold-calling potential customers, be able to generate own sales leads
* Communicate ZOLL Medical's value proposition and tailor to customer needs
* Timely and accurate data entry of all pertinent customer information into the ZOLL CRM database

Requirements:

* Ideally two years of experience in an Inside Sales, Lead Development or Account Management role developing relationships across a wide range of customers/clients via phone and email.
* Ability to learn quickly, ensure timely and accurate follow-up
* Excellent phone and computer skills (MS Office Suite)
* Proven experience using the internet to conduct research
* Ability to perform individually with specific direction and manage time efficiently
* Develop an organised daily routine of reviewing leads, making outbound calls, and responding to customer emails
* Energetic, creative, motivated self-starter, goal oriented and a team player
* Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications is a plus
