Senior Marketing Analyst Your team Reporting Into the BI Manager, the Senior Marketing Analyst will join our recently established Marketing BI team within our UKI Business Intelligence function. The team plays a critical role in building a deeper understanding of Flutter’s marketing performance and how to optimise future activities to drive growth within the wider UKI gambling market. You will own the execution of intelligence-led approaches to marketing analytics, ensuring insights meet the needs of the organisation’s business goals. You will work with the Marketing teams to understand and explain performance of Marketing Efforts across channels and campaigns and identify new opportunities for growth. What you’ll do Establish innovative strategies to understand and solve complex marketing problems through data Lead delivery of a variety of analytical solutions including Experimentation, Data Modelling & Analysis and Dashboard development Partner with key channel owners and brand marketing teams to improve business understanding of performance against our key critical initiatives. Develop an understanding of Flutter’s marketing performance across the business through the delivery of high quality, insightful analytics that deliver impact. Support & educate internal partners to self-serve day-to-day requests through the continuous development of a suite of intelligent reports and dashboards. Mentor more junior colleagues in the field of marketing analytics, sharing your experience and skills openly. Work across UKI Marketing teams on key day-to-day tasks, such as prioritising and defining analysis needs and influencing decisions off the back of your insights. How you’ll do it Strong experience in using SQL to deliver analytics solutions within a business context. Understanding of key marketing analytics concepts including experimentation, attribution models, customer value and key data sources to support analysis (e.g. GA4, Appsflyer) Solid foundational knowledge of marketing covering both offline and online channels and understanding of CRM processes Experience with visualisation tools (e.g Looker, PowerBI) desirable. Skilled at condensing analysis into actionable insights to inform business decisions. Ability to build strong and effective relationships both within the Analytics team and across the business at all levels.
