As a Programme Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and delivery of projects requiring significant effort in business and technology processes and systems, resulting in transformational change. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery management for a set of related initiatives as defined by our business and portfolio framework.
The purpose of this role is to deliver programme initiatives with direct team responsibility for 5-20 colleagues, collaborating with 3-25 internal teams and multiple third-party suppliers. These initiatives aim to support operational efficiencies and business growth opportunities with an annual strategic investment of £1m-£10m, involving stakeholder engagement up to Managing Director level.
* Manage and drive articulation of requirements from a business and technical perspective.
* Be the primary point of contact for stakeholder engagements under your management.
* Provide input with solution proposals, including design and associated costing.
* Lead interactions with clients to gather requirements, impact assessments, create BRDs, design solutions, and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
* Work individually or as part of a team on product enhancements and deliverables.
* Proactively manage the entire process from requirement gathering to delivery.
* Support project managers in generating status and analysis reports regularly.
Requirements:
* Extensive skills in Business Analysis with payments domain experience.
* Experience with Payments module of Core banking systems and handling the complete payment lifecycle in banking.
* Ability to work within an agile environment, with good knowledge of project management techniques, analytical tools, and processes.
* Ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure.
* Background in banking, payments solutions, or other fast-paced/complex environments is essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with an important client base.
