Responsibilities
* Oversee sales and customer service as part of the store leadership team
* Coach, train, and support teammates; lead the store in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager
* Open and close the store when necessary
* Drive sales and maintain a high standard of customer experience
* Support the selling culture and enhance the customer experience
* Maintain neat, clean, and well-stocked store conditions
* Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results
* Provide in-depth product knowledge to customers and teammates
Qualifications
* Be passionate about a performance-driven brand
* 1 year of experience in a retail environment
* Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
* Fluency in local language and/or English
* Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work a flexible schedule

Requirements
* One year of experience in sports/apparel & footwear retail
* Exposure to Keyholder experiences
* High School education or equivalent
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
Physical Requirements
* Ability to handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12 kg
* Stand and move about for extended periods
* Access to all store areas including selling floor, stock, and register area
