Responsibilities:
* Interacting with patrons regularly and offering great customer service;
* Handling payments;
* Maintaining a high standard of food safety;
* Cost control (food, labour);
* Reliable stock management;
* Consistent high levels of attendance and punctuality;
* Managing an effective and efficient team.
Minimum Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience of working within a fast-paced customer-led QSR, restaurant or other area of the hospitality sector;
* Flexibility with your working hours as our stores are predominantly busy in the evenings and on weekends;
* Excellent people skills including the ability to give clear instructions;
* Good written and verbal communication;
* High levels of problem-solving, initiative, and self-motivation;
* A willingness to learn and a drive to succeed;
* Passion for providing excellent customer service;
* The ability to work as part of a team.
Managerial experience is preferred yet not essential; we will support you to learn the skills and build the confidence you need to grow.
