The Elvetham Hotel is an elegant country house hotel in Hampshire, rich in history and set in 35 acres of beautiful gardens. The hotel is one of the most historic sites in Hampshire entwined in the British Royal Family. The site can be traced back to as early as the 800's AD. Today the Estate consists of 91 bedrooms shared between the Main House and The Stables, as well as four unique and flexible function rooms.
We are currently looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Truly Talented team.

Restaurant Supervisor
The Elvetham Hotel – Hook, Hampshire
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences at The Elvetham, a beautiful 4-star country house hotel.
Your role
As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring our guests receive outstanding service. You'll support the Restaurant Manager by leading shifts, motivating the team, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
What you'll be doing
* Supervising and supporting the restaurant team during service
* Ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience
* Assisting with staff training, coaching, and development
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service
* Managing reservations and coordinating with the kitchen team
* Handling guest feedback professionally and positively
* What we're looking for
* Previous restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience
* A genuine passion for food, drink, and delivering excellent service
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
* A team player with a hands-on approach
