Location: Worcestershire (DY11)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible start/finish + overtime available

We’re seeking a Machinist/Fitter to join a close-knit production team at a well-established manufacturing facility in Worcestershire. This is a hands-on role offering variety, flexibility, and real opportunities for growth and development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Operating machinery including vertical/horizontal borers, lathes, and drilling machines
* Supporting production by undertaking fitting, machining, and general workshop duties
* Maintaining safe, clean, and well-equipped working areas
* Working to high-quality engineering standards and contributing to continual improvement
* Supporting peripheral tasks such as assembly and packing when needed
* Collaborating with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a precision machining or fitting role
* Familiarity with manual machining techniques (borers, lathes, drills, etc.)
* Good communication and a positive, flexible approach to teamworking
* High attention to detail and a strong commitment to health and safety
* GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English preferred but not essential
