Job Description
3. Manage and maintain customer accounts.
4. Perform credit checks and set up new customer accounts.
5. Chase overdue invoices and resolve financial disputes.
6. Update customer details and account statuses.
7. Report on aged debt and cash collection.
8. Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer issues.
9. Prepare month-end reports for management.
10. Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
