Administrator Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 9-5 although flexi hours may also be available
Job Duties:
There is one AO post based in Downpatrick Court Office which provides administrative support to criminal, familyand civil court business. Duties are dependent on the team to which the post holder is assigned, however they typically include the following:
6. General office duties
7. Processing cases on to ICOS (Integrated Court Operations System)
8. Use of IT systems
9. Dealing with general telephone queries
10. Dealing with members of the public & legal profession within the court environment
11. Preparing documentation & files for court
12. Records Management
13. Ensuring that all information is managed securely in accordance with the appropriate policies
Essential Criteria:
Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English – Certificates required.
