Warehouse Operative Job Description Warehouse Operative Location: Fareham, Hampshire, United Kingdom Salary: Competitive Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Job Description Lathams Limited is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Fareham, Hampshire, United Kingdom. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing and organizing inventory. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment and ensuring that all health and safety policies and procedures are followed. Will be working in a 5/6 man team On two weeks early shift 5am-2pm then two weeks late shift 1.30pm - 10.30pm Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays and Christmas shutdown Responsibilities Receive and process incoming stock and materials Pick and fill orders from stock Manage, organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse Package and ship orders to customers Inspect products for defects and damages Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Follow health and safety policies and procedures Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution centre Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and organizational skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time Forklift certification is a plus Benefits Competitive salary Full-time, permanent position Health and dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Employee discounts Paid bonuses
