Responsibilities
* Work toward a Level 5 residential management qualification, covering management duties to acquired skills level in the absence of the manager and deputy.
* Champion good practice, monitor and support the practice of colleagues, and work with management to raise the standard of care delivered.
Pay and Hours
Grade 5 – £26,824 to £28,598 pro rata, £13.90 to £14.82/hr. Hourly rate enhancements for unsociable hours, weekends, and bank holidays (plus lieu day for bank holidays).
