Chartered Building Surveyor - London

What you'll be doing as the Chartered Building Surveyor:
* Leading and delivering a broad range of building surveying services-from condition and dilapidation surveys to full project lifecycle delivery
* Providing expert technical advice on construction, refurbishment, and maintenance schemes
* Supporting major capital projects while taking ownership of your own portfolio
* Collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality, sustainable results
* Playing a key role in client engagement and contributing to business growth
What they're looking for:
* Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited preferred)
* MRICS qualified
* Proven experience across sectors such as commercial, education, or public buildings
* Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
* Solid understanding of contracts, particularly JCT
