Job Title: Sales Negotiator Location : Wolverhampton Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience) OTE: £35,000 Requirements : 1 years Sales Negotiation experience in Estate Agency A multi-branch, award winning and well established Estate Agency is looking for talented and hungry Sales Negotiator who have a passion for the industry and desire growth. Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for listing a targeted number of properties – and full training will be given. You should be happy to work in a vibrant team, be enthusiastic and motivated to learn and to embrace the challenge that Estate Agency brings. Key Responsibilities: Generate and book property valuations. Book viewings. Provide property viewing feedback Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers. Work closely with other team members to achieve team and company goals. Requirements: Experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry. Strong knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in relevant software applications. Must have a full driving license. Additional pay: Commission pay Working days: Monday-Friday some Saturdays are required on a rota basic for which a day off is taken in the week
