Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe. We’re looking for an Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with high-value clients, drive campaign performance, and translate data into action. Managing a portfolio of high-value global clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and proactive growth
Analysing campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights and improvements
Educating clients and partners on best practices, tools, and growth strategies
Leading regular business reviews and performance discussions
2+ years of experience managing large digital or performance marketing accounts, ideally in a media agency or tech-driven environment
~ Hands-on experience with affiliate networks or SaaS platforms (e.g. Excellent command of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and data-driven decision-making
~ Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimise partner outcomes
~ Excellent communication and presentation abilities; Fluency in English; additional fluency in Spanish, French, or German is a plus
Experience in advertising or martech
Interest in digital media and performance-based marketing models
