We work with and assist a broad range of citizens from an equally broad range of backgrounds. These backgrounds include ex-offender, homeless, addiction, ex-services personnel and mental illness. All of which would be unable to access housing from within the mainstream housing market.

During this exciting and rapid expansion stage ASL are seeking a committed, enthusiastic and highly self-motivated individual to join the maintenance team.We are seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to join our team.
The Housing Officer will be responsible for managing housing properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining efficient property operations.
Responsibilities
* Conduct property viewings and inspections
* Manage tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
* Coordinate tenancy agreements and renewals
* Maintain accurate tenant records
* Assist with rent collection and arrears management
* Conduct regular property maintenance checks
* Uphold health and safety standards within the properties
Requirements
* Full UK Driving licence is essential and access to your own vehicle
* On-Call availability
* Ability to work alone and/or as part of a wider team
* Enhanced DBS CheckProficiency in data entry and administrative tasks
* Excellent phone etiquette skills for effective communication with tenants
* Experience in upselling additional property services
* Knowledge of office procedures and property management practices

Join our team as a Housing Officer to contribute to the smooth running of our housing operations and ensure high-quality service delivery to our tenants.
The working week will by a standard 40 hours, with on call to be provided ever other week (inc. weekend) for out of hours emergency call outs. Standard rates of pay apply to all on-call work, with the exception of call outs between the hours of 2100 – 0600 when a percentage multiplier shall apply.
Successful applicants are required to provide satisfactory references and complete an enhanced DBS disclosure or provide details for us to complete an update service check against an enhanced DBS certificate (this must be an enhanced application and checked against the Adults Barred list).
