Role And Responsibilities
* To complete & process accurately all vehicle orders, on both Johnsons and the Manufacturer systems.
* To create computerized records on the IdealFile system for vehicles received into stock, completing details as required and keeping online records up to date at all times.
* To HPI / Experian Check ALL incoming vehicles (part ex/direct purchase)
* To carry out vehicle mileage checks as per Group Guidelines.
* To ensure all cars are allocated the correct funding system code as they are booked in.
* To process all Vehicle Sales invoices accurately, using the correct system descriptions and codes, ensuring all handover documentation reaches the Sales Teams, via the IdealFile system, in a timely fashion.
* To tax vehicles as required.
* To carry out physical stock checks when required, submitting stock lists to the VSB Accountant and reporting any ‘anomalies’.
* To communicate New Vehicle delivery date change notifications as required by the individual dealership(s).
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Have previous Vehicle administration experience.
* Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Be numerate and pay attention to detail.
* Have exceptional customer service and people skills.
