About the Role: As a Geography Teacher, you will plan and deliver stimulating lessons that inspire students, develop their knowledge and practical skills, and promote awareness of global and local issues. You will maintain a positive classroom environment that supports engagement, behaviour management, and learning outcomes. Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Geography lessons for students across key stages. • Develop and implement differentiated strategies to meet the needs of all learners. • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement. • Create a positive and structured learning environment to support behaviour and engagement. • Collaborate with colleagues to develop lesson resources, schemes of work, and interventions. • Maintain accurate records of student attainment, attendance, and classroom activities. Qualifications: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience. • Experience teaching Geography across Key Stage 3/4 is preferred. • Strong classroom management and communication skills. • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential. • Flexible, adaptable, and confident in planning lessons to suit different learning abilities.
