Senior Property Manager
OA are recruiting for a Senior Property Manager to join our client’s dynamic and growing team.
We're looking for Senior Property Manager who will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing all services and maintenance contracts and to communicate with clients and leaseholders/freeholders in line with contracted management agreement to run and maintain their block/development accordingly
Location: Borehamwood
Hours: Monday – Friday. 9am-5:30pm. Hybrid working considered.
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 – depending on experience

Senior Property Manager Key Responsibilities
6. Preparing annual service charge budgets
7. Insurance claims handling
8. Inspection of sites to ensure the quality of services provided are satisfactory and to identify building repairs in line with health and safety issues.
9. Health & Safety Compliance
10. Coordinate contractors
11. Liaise with other team members and departments
12. Building strong and proactive relationships with your clients
13. Respond to leasehold enquires in an efficient manner
14. Attend external meetings as needed
Senior Property Manager Skills and Experience
15. Strong management and organisational skills
16. Excellent communication skills
17. Good attention to detail
18. The ability to multitask
19. You will ideally be IRPM qualified
20. Knowledge of property management principles and procedures.
21. Good soft skills when dealing with people to empathise and understand the customers’ needs.
22. Working knowledge of a property management computer system.
23. Working knowledge of windows-based spreadsheets – i.e. Excel
24. Ability to use Microsoft Word
25. Good written and verbal communication skills.
