Salary: GBP28000 - GBP33000 per annum

* Respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a caring and nurturing manner
* Use Excel to track deliveries and organize collections
* Assist customers in navigating products to meet their needs
Skills:
* Fluent German
* At least 6 months of experience in a customer care role
* Proficiency in Excel
