Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer accounts through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
*
Generate and follow up on requests for quotation (RFQs) to drive new business opportunities
*
Schedule virtual client introductions and assist with account setup
*
Work alongside project managers to hand over client projects
*
Achieve and exceed KPI targets focused on sales generation
*
Use Salesforce and Office 365 daily to manage workflow and client engagement
*
Provide adhoc administration support when required
What We’re Looking For:
*
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
*
Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
*
Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience is an advantage but not required)
*
Previous sales or account management experience is helpful but not required
*
No technical background needed – full training will be provided
