Our mission is to help customers improve productivity, quality and safety. Our solutions are used daily by thousands of professionals. We are expanding our product portfolio as well as our presence across Asia and Europe.


We are looking for an Account Manager based in London or Paris as soon as possible.


Your role :

Here are the different tasks you will do on a daily basis:

* Serve as the main point of contact for key UK clients, managing relationships and supporting their digital adoption.
* Drive change management, including onboarding, workflow digitization, training, and ongoing user support.
* Use Power BI (and similar tools) to build dashboards, analyse client data, and present insights that support decision-making.
* Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Product and Development teams to resolve them.
* Facilitate client workshops, reviews, and training sessions to boost engagement and ensure platform success.
* Monitor overall account health, track progress, and ensure strong retention across assigned accounts.
* Support the sales team as a tech sales expert.


Your future team :

At Novade, you will join a friendly team across EMEA. The European team works from various locations in Europe, coming together in Paris twice a month and meeting regularly for company events.


Your profile :


Your strongest attributes :

* Passion for technology
* Advanced written and verbal communications skills in English
* Independent, strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
* Practical knowledge of how construction sites operate

What you need for this role :

* 2–5 years’ experience
* Experience in account management / customer success
* Proven ability to train users, drive adoption, and build strong client relationships
* Experience with construction management software, field apps, or digital transformation projects (business backgrounds considered with strong technical aptitude)

Nice-to-have skills :

* Experience writing scripts, API integrations, or building dashboards
* Comfortable with data tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
* Written and verbal communications skills in French
