This is a fast‑paced and varied role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth planning, coordination, and delivery of concrete panels to customers and construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage the timely delivery of precast concrete panels to customers and project sites.
* Plan and oversee daily distribution and transport activities.
* Align logistics operations with production schedules and commercial priorities.
* Liaise with internal departments including Production Planning, Sales, and Operations.
* Coordinate with external transport providers and contractors to ensure efficient deliveries.
* Create and manage GRNs (Goods Received Notes) and transport documentation.
* Maintain accurate transport records and system data.
* Gather, analyse, and input transport‑related information into company systems.
* Forecast transport and logistics requirements over short‑ and long‑term project timelines.
* Ensure trailers are loaded efficiently and safely, with an understanding of panel configuration and transportation requirements.
* Support continuous improvement within transport and logistics processes.
Required Qualifications / Skills
* Previous experience in a Transport Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Purchasing Administrator or similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).
* Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage changing priorities within strict deadlines.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.
* Good understanding of transport planning and logistics operations.
* Awareness of commercial implications within transport and distribution.
* Construction industry knowledge is highly desirable.
* Precast concrete or facade industry experience would be a strong advantage.
