Recovery Worker – Rough Sleepers (Ref: 0051ZA)

Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Attained ONC/NVQ Level 3 or willingness to achieve within 12 months
* Some experience of working in a health, social care or related setting
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike
* Effective teamwork and supporting others when needed
* Resilience under pressure and ability to prioritise work
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Comfortable using IT and digital media
* Organised and able to manage time effectively
* Flexible with working hours on occasion
* Full UK driving licence and vehicle access
* Previous experience working with people who misuse substances (priority)
* Knowledge of health and safety, including assessing clients in high‑risk situations (priority)
* Successful enhanced DBS check required (mandatory)
Salary & Contract
Starting salary £25,000, rising each year in line with pay progression bands, to £30,000 per year. Fixed‑term contract until 31st March 2026. Working hours Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm with occasional work until 7pm on a rotational basis.
