Personal Assistant to Commercial Director

We are seeking a capable and proactive personal assistant to support our Commercial Director in delivering high-quality sites from concept to completion.
Role Overview
The Personal Assistant (Commercial Operations) will work closely with the Commercial Director to provide administrative, coordination, and operational support across multiple areas of the business. This role requires a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can manage a range of tasks. The focus of this role will be the effective administration of new food hall locations from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
* Food Partner Onboarding - Manage the contractual onboarding process for new food partners, ensuring all documentation, compliance, and setup requirements are completed accurately and on time.
* CRM Management - Maintain and update the company’s CRM system with food partner, supplier, and site information to ensure data accuracy to support commercial and operational decision-making.
* Cross-Team Coordination - Liaise with internal departments including Construction, Operations, and Finance to support project launches and ongoing business activities and timely completion of tasks.
* General Administrative Support - Assist in drafting and proofreading documents, reports, presentations and bids. Maintain organised digital filing systems and ensure all project-related materials are accessible and up to date.
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
* Experience using CRM or database management systems.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
* Professional, discreet, and proactive approach to managing information and relationships.
* Experience in administrative or coordination roles.
* Understanding of construction or site launch processes.
* Proofreading and document preparation skills.
