Compensation
* $70,000+ annually, depending on experience
* Additional compensation available for candidates with construction and/or steel industry experience

Position Overview
We’re hiring a Brand Manager / Social Media Manager to lead the charge in shaping, managing, and growing the Utah Steel brand. You will oversee our visual identity, voice, and reputation — both online and offline — helping to create a consistent and memorable presence across platforms, events, and community engagements. As brand manager, you will be a catalyst for driving and maintaining a robust company culture.
This is a hands-on, strategy-forward role for someone who thrives in both planning and execution, and who understands how to build brand credibility and trust in an industrial, B2B environment.
Who You Are
* A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand positioning and digital presence
* A social media native (especially LinkedIn), capable of driving consistent, brand-aligned engagement
* A collaborative marketer who can manage campaigns, uphold brand standards, and work cross-functionally
* An effective communicator who understands audience nuance and voice control across mediums
* Comfortable engaging with operations teams, leadership, partners, and the broader community
* Capable of supporting and representing the brand at events, trade shows, and sponsored functions
* A team player who is outgoing and thrives on getting to know current customers and internal employees
What You Will Do
* Develop, maintain, and evolve Utah Steel’s brand identity across platforms and materials
* Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels
* Build and execute social media campaigns that align with company goals and reflect brand values
* Serve as events coordinator at internal and external events, helping organize and promote Utah Steel’s presence through events
* Maintain and manage company swag inventory, including ordering, organizing, and distributing branded items for events, employees, and promotional campaigns
* Write and review messaging for posts, website content, campaigns, and sponsorship materials
* Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on marketing plans, customer experience initiatives, and brand expansion strategies
* Ensure consistency of visual and written communication across all customer touchpoints and online presence
* Track and analyze brand and social performance data to continuously refine and improve messaging and strategy
* Support internal branding efforts and help shape the employee experience
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, social media or events
* Deep understanding of LinkedIn and B2B brand strategy
* Experience developing and implementing branding guidelines and marketing campaigns
* Strong writing, communication, and messaging skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
