Job Title: Senior / Principal Town Planner
Location: Camberley
The Role
As part of the Camberley Planning team, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects, including:
* Strategic planning and development management
* Planning application and appeals coordination
* Advising clients on complex and prestigious development schemes
* Managing projects from inception through to completion
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Contributing to business development and team growth initiatives

About You
Our client is keen to speak with planning professionals who can demonstrate:
* MRTPI qualification
* A minimum of 5 years' professional planning experience, ideally gained within consultancy or a comparable environment
* Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and development process
* A commercial mindset with the ability to provide pragmatic planning advice within a broader property and development context
* Excellent analytical, report‑writing and communication skills
* Confidence in managing planning projects and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders
