Are you a passionate and dedicated tutor with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We’re looking for a patient and enthusiastic SEN Tutor to provide tailored support to students, helping them reach their full potential.
* Location: Wokingham
* Hours: up to 25 hours per week
* Start date: As soon as possible
* Duration: ongoing until a school placement is found
* Contract Type: Temporary/part-time
* Pay rate: from £25 per hour
Experience, Training and Qualifications of the Tutor:
* QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications is preferred
* Demonstrated experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Possess UK classroom teaching experience and experience delivering tailored lesson plans
* Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box
* Have experience working with challenging behaviour and disengaged pupils
To be eligible for this role, the potential Tutor must:
* Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
* Provide two professional child-related references.
