Who We're Looking For
We are seeking passionate and reliable Teaching Assistants, ideally with:
✔ TA2 or TA3 qualification (or equivalent experience)
✔ Experience supporting pupils in primary or secondary settings
✔ Strong behaviour management skills
✔ SEND experience (desirable but not essential)
✔ A calm, proactive and professional approach
✔ Commitment to safeguarding and pupil progress
