We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our first-class Industrial Disease team in Manchester.
As part of the role, you will be required to take new enquiry calls from new clients and assist in onboarding.
Our Disease team handles a wide range of matters, including asbestos (mesothelioma and related illnesses), hearing loss and deafness, skin cancer, and respiratory diseases/illnesses.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting fee earners with handling client matters and offering a high level of care, ensuring compliance with the National Practice Standards.
- Managing financial aspects of matters, including time recording, billing, and debtor management, both on your personal fee budget and supporting fee earners with theirs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Disease work. Other relevant practice areas such as serious injury, EL/PL will also be considered.
