Step into a role at the forefront of automotive innovation, where you’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge prototype, concept, and high-performance vehicles. If you thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment, this is the opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Building multi-project concept, mule, prototype, and production-level vehicles - plus advanced simulation rigs - to exceptional standards, following defined processes where required.
• Maintaining and updating vehicles and rigs to support ongoing development programmes.
• Preparing and operating vehicles for test and development activities across diverse locations, including proving grounds and racing circuits.
• Collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver against technical targets.
• Interpreting engineering drawings and instrumentation schedules to carry out safe, accurate builds, updates, and modifications.
• Ensuring the workshop and equipment remain organised, well-presented, and maintained to high professional standards.
• (Subject to internal driving approval) Potentially driving high-value, high-performance vehicles in workshop, road, and testing environments.
What You’ll Bring
• Extensive experience in motorsport, prototype, low-volume, or high-performance vehicle builds - including manufacture, assembly, and operation.
• Welding, machining, or fabrication skills (highly preferred).
• A solid understanding of modern automotive electrical and electronic systems to support diagnostics and fault-finding.
• Experience with diagnostic platforms such as MONaco, CANape, or INCA (advantageous).
• A clean driving licence and valid passport.
• Confident IT skills across common software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office, Virtual Car).
