The Role
As Head Chef, you will:
* Lead the development and delivery of an innovative Basque-inspired menu that celebrates bold flavours, authentic techniques, and the finest seasonal ingredients.
* Build, mentor, and inspire a dynamic kitchen team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
* Take ownership of kitchen operations, including menu design, supplier relationships, cost control, and food safety standards.
* Collaborate with the club’s leadership team to ensure the restaurant becomes a destination dining experience for members and their guests.
