A well-established digital marketing agency near Ipswich is looking to grow their team with two new hires — one SEO Specialist and one PPC Specialist. If you're experienced in either discipline and looking for your next agency role, we want to hear from you.
The Roles
These are two separate positions, and we're looking for specialists in each area:
* SEO Specialist — someone with strong hands-on experience in organic search strategy, technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and link building
* PPC Specialist — someone with proven experience managing paid search and/or paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
1. You don't need to cover both — your expertise in one area is exactly what this agency is looking for.
Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)
* Managing and optimising campaigns or strategies across your specialism for a varied client base
* Delivering measurable results against agreed KPIs and reporting performance clearly to clients
* Conducting audits, research, and competitor analysis relevant to your discipline
* Staying current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry developments
* Collaborating with wider agency teams including content, creative, and account management
What We're Looking For
* Solid, demonstrable experience in either SEO or PPC — depth in one discipline is key
* Confident using relevant tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
* Commercially minded with strong analytical and reporting skills
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Based within commuting distance of Ipswich
