Overview
We’re looking for an experienced radio Producer ready for their next chapter to join our KISS team in London. The Senior Producer will play a key role on our Breakfast show, bringing a strong passion for impactful ideas, excellence in execution, knowledge of music, and awareness of current trends.
Your responsibilities include studio directing and producing regular programs, developing and coaching talent, managing budgets and junior team members, collaborating with social colleagues, and supporting the Content Director and Deputy Content Director with key brand initiatives. You will collaborate with commercial colleagues for creative solutions that fit our brand filter and contribute to multi-platform programming and projects, including live and pre-recorded shows. Your work should ladder up to the wider KISS strategy to grow our 35+ UK audience.
Team context: KISS delivers current music, culture, energy and opportunities across linear radio, our app, social channels, live events and other platforms. We value proactivity, honesty, kindness and collaboration, and we aim to make things happen with strong content and ideas.
