The three roles will be required to provide cover for all four campuses (Chippenham, Lackham, Trowbridge, and Salisbury). Campus preferences will be discussed at interview).
Salary: £28,107 per annum (Professional Services Grade 6)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Placement Officer The Role:

Join our dedicated, friendly and supportive Work Placement Team as aPlacement Officerand play a key role in shaping the future workforce.
As a Placement Officer, you will be instrumental in coordinating the vocational work placement element of our study programmes. Reporting to the Work Placement Team Leader, you will support students in securing meaningful work placements, monitor their progress, and ensure successful outcomes.
Placement Officer - Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and deliver the vocational work placement programme as directed by the Team Leader.
* Manage a caseload of students, including generating placements, monitoring progress, and providing ongoing support.
* To undertake regular monitoring visits to the employers premises, including progress checking, learning outcome completion and managing any issues or concerns
* Carry out administrative tasks related to planning, monitoring, and reporting on placement activities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external employers to secure high-quality placement opportunities.
* Contribute to departmental targets by ensuring successful placement outcomes for all students.
Placement Officer You:
To excel in this role, you should have:
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong administrative and IT skills.
* Experience in education, careers guidance, or employer engagement is desirable.
* A commitment to supporting young people in their career development.
Essential Qualifications
* To hold Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent, GCSE A-C)
* Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent knowledge and experience
