CBW is currently recruiting for a mobile Electrical Engineer to be based on a government contract. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Electrical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £46,000 with a potential route into further career progression. Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesLighting Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etcPPM's & Reactive maintenanceEmergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor i.e. Hot & coldMaintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsManaging priorities within contract constraints. Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals.
