Description
Support the ER process, coaching and guiding line managers on best practice
Oversee policies review/update in line with legislation
Work with managers to assess their teams' performance and supporting the performance management process
Support the employee engagement cycle - ensuring engagement and reviewing feedback
Promote a positive workplace cultureProfile
The successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
Proven experience in a similar role within HR
Proficiency in employment legislation and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
