Your Responsibilities
As our Project Director, you will:
* Direct the site management team through all project phases to meet contract requirements.
* Engage in client liaison and generate new business in line with the Company Business Plan.
* Manage project documentation and reporting, keeping stakeholders informed and addressing concerns.
* Oversee design and construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
* Lead the procurement process for equipment, materials, and services, adhering to best practices.
* Provide overall leadership and direction, ensuring project objectives are met within budget, schedule, and quality constraints.
* Assist site Project Managers with constructability issues during the planning phase.
* Support the Commercial Manager in administering subcontracts.
What We Need From You
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Have experience managing financials, risk management, and stakeholder relations from preconstruction to delivery.
* Are familiar with environments involving structural steelwork, cladding, and reinforced concrete.
* Possess strong knowledge of management systems and processes used in a Tier 1 business.
* Can lead client interfaces and manage project delivery on both technical and business aspects.
* Have demonstrated experience in leading large, complex infrastructure projects.
