* Define and continuously improve the development process using the best methodology to deliver predictable quality.

Qualifications
* Exceptional organisational skills.
* Driven and self‑motivated.
* Worked on multiple game projects from pre‑production through to post‑release.
* Passionate about games and understands what makes an experience fun and impactful.
* Effective communication across disciplines, functions, and cultures.
* Coaches teams to succeed, rather than directing every decision.
* Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in risk management.
* Strong planning and project management skills.
* Instinct for coordinating and focusing on separate moving parts simultaneously.
* Experience delivering games in an agile development environment while meeting strict timelines.
* Ability to utilise knowledge of multiple project management methodologies to best suit the team and project needs.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, and JIRA.
Desirable
* Experience with scaled agile.
* Knowledge of the Total War franchise.
