The successful candidate will have a background working in housing management, with experience in communicating with customers about an array of tenancy enquiries. They will be resilient and able to deliver messages in a clear way to our customers.
Great attention to detail will ensure the electronic filing is up to date and accurate processing is taking place. They will need to have a full UK driving licence to get out and about on visits and access to a vehicle to do so.
They will ideally be based in Hampshire or on the county borders.
