We have an opportunity for you to join North Yorkshire Council working at one of our sites, Harrogate Civic Centre, HG1 2AE .
You will be a valued member of our team who will be reliable, dependable and have a strong work ethic. Working for NYC as a Caretaker, you will be responsible for the unlocking, locking and security of the building, responding to emergency call outs as well as ensuring outside areas are kept safe and clean. You will support the maintenance of the building by checking and replacing light fittings and assisting with minor repairs. Full training will be provided.
The hours are between 06.30 and 07.30 and 18.30 and 19.30 daily, with some flexibility on start and finish time and totalling to 10.00 hours per week over 5 days. For this, you will be paid £12.85 per hour. No weekend work!
