The role
* Partner with biotech and TechBio companies to deliver specialist recruitment solutions
* Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor in your market
* Work closely with founders, scientific leaders, and hiring teams to scale high-impact teams
* Develop deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning and emerging tech trends
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets
* Support from a dedicated sales support team who will look after admin tasks, enabling you to focus on building strong relationships and deliver quality campaigns.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a recruitment consultant
* Exposure to AI/ML within biotech is advantageous
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A genuine interest in deep tech, AI, and life sciences
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple processes across regions
