Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Channel Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing successful channel partnerships within the UK to expand our MSP offerings. The Channel Manager will work closely with sales and marketing to drive revenue growth and ensure mutual business success. The candidate will develop joint business plans and execute on them, driving growth and ensuring we deliver. Responsibilities: Channel Development & Management Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy for partners in the UK. Nurture and manage existing partners, developing plans and delivering business growth and customer acquisition. Be the face of Assured Data Protection, the first point of contact and escalation and ensure opportunities are managed to close. Sales & Revenue Growth Drive channel led sales opportunities by working with partners to identify and close new business. Work with sales and marketing to drive initiatives and manage incentives and joint events to delivery pipeline. Work closely with partners to manage deal registration and related programmes to drive profitable growth. Work with partners to identify new avenues for cross selling and upselling of innovative solutions. Partner Enablement & Support Provide training, tools, and resources to partners to ensure effective product positioning and sales opportunities. Monitor partner activity, identify opportunities, and offer continuous support to drive success. Track and report on channel performance metrics to assess program effectiveness. Maintain regular partner communication ensuring alignment of activity, sales targets and joint initiatives. Manage partner escalations to resolution to ensure long term collaboration. Collaboration & Reporting Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product management to align on partner activities. Provide regular reporting on partner sales performance, revenue generation, and market trends. Qualifications and Experience: Experience in channel management or business development, preferably in the IT or data protection industry. Proven track record of driving channel sales growth and developing successful partner relationships. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights for channel partners. Self motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams both internally and externally. What We Offer: Competitive salary.
