What the job involves
* Helping with cost plans, estimates, and commercial reports
* Supporting senior QS staff on live projects
* Preparing valuations, variations, and contract documents
* Assisting with subcontractor accounts and procurement
* Attending project meetings and contributing to day‑to‑day commercial tasks
What we’re looking for
* A degree (or working towards one) in Quantity Surveying or similar
* 1 years plus experience in Quantity Surveying
* Good with numbers and detail
* Willing to learn and ask questions
* Clear communicator and reliable team member
* Some industry experience is helpful but not essential
