I am seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join a well established freight forwarder based locally to Heathrow.
You will be responsible for assisting the Compliance Manager in maintaining ISO standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the ISO Management System. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including assisting in writing Policies and Procedures, organising files, scheduling training, and assisting with other administrative duties as needed. The part-time administrative assistant will work closely with the Compliance Manager to uphold ISO standards and facilitate compliance activities. Other duties will include:
1. Assist the Compliance Manager in maintaining ISO standards and ensuring compliance with ISO requirements.
2. Provide administrative support for the development and implementation of ISO Policies and Procedures.
3. Assist in writing, reviewing, and updating ISO documentation, including manuals, forms, and records.
4. Organize and maintain ISO-related files, both electronic and hard copies, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
5. Coordinate and schedule ISO training sessions for employees, track attendance, and maintain training records.
